Who provides the service

Bookings and free pre-tests

• Free pre-test slots are offered so we can understand the student’s level and recommend a suitable class.
• A booking is only confirmed when the selected slot is accepted and confirmed by Bloomers Global Academy.
• Parents or guardians should provide accurate contact and student-level information so we can prepare properly.

Paid lessons and class packages

• Lesson fees, package details, class duration, and payment deadlines will be shared before enrolment.
• Paid lessons begin after payment confirmation, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.
• Class availability may change, so preferred times are not guaranteed until confirmed.

Rescheduling and cancellations

• Please contact us as early as possible if a student cannot attend a booked session.
• Rescheduling depends on teacher availability and may not always be possible at short notice.
• Refund or credit decisions depend on the class/package arrangement communicated at the time of booking.

Communication

We may use WhatsApp, SMS, phone, or email to manage bookings, reminders, class updates, and support requests. Marketing messages are sent only where consent is given or where permitted by law.
